Etsu Pacific Ocean Gin
Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at Asahikawa Distillery in Hokkaido. Hokkaido is the second largest of the Archipelago’s four main islands, but the second least populated. It is located north of the island of Honshu from which it is separated by the Tsugaru Strait. It is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the East, the Sea of Japan to the West and the Sea of Okhotsk to the north.

Fresh water from the mountain source and sea water from the Sea of Japan are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast line in a bottle.
Tasting Notes
COLOUR : Clear, transparent.
NOSE : Fresh and iodine.
PALATE : Iodine well-balanced with the yuzu.
FINISH : Rounded, supple, silky.
